This lovely fully air conditioned villa has its own South Facing pool, so there is sunshine all day long… Florida Family Villa is located in Highgate Park Orlando Florida, one of the most sought after holiday communities in the Walt Disney area, only 10 miles drive to Disney World.
The villa is very safe and secure, it is alarmed and has a large safe for your use. Highgate Park is the only Gated Community on the Villages of Legacy and employs a Private Security company not only to help give you peace of mind during your stay, but also to act as a concierge to help assist guests if they have a problem.
The four bedroom accommodation consists of master bedroom with large en-suite bathroom, one double bedroom with adjoining bathroom and two twin bedrooms with a “Jack & Jill” bathroom between them.
The villa is beautifully furnished and very well equipped with all kitchen appliances and washing machine and dryer, towels and bed linen are also provided. There is also cable tv in the lounge and all the bedrooms.
There is a games room with a pool table, darts and air hockey. The villa also has wireless internet.
The fully screened south facing pool has an enlarged deck and furniture making it the perfect place to relax after a tiring day at Disney and the other Orlando attractions. There are also pool safety alarms on the doors for your own peace of mind.
Highgate Park also has a play area and tennis court for use by villa guests.
